We are currently busy putting all the information on the website.
If you would like information about a particular product that is not yet on the website, please contact us.
Note: we receive a lot of information from our suppliers. If there is a mistake, Candy Factory is not responsible.
Would you like to place a large order of a specific product?
Please send us a mail for more information. For example, we only have limited stock of certain products.
What is the delivery time of my order?
If all the products ordered are in stock, it will take no longer than a few days from the time we receive your payment.
If not everything is in stock, we will wait to ship until the order can be completed. (This will also be indicated by e-mail)
How will I know when my order has shipped?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email!
You can also choose to pick up your products in our stores. You will be notified as soon as the products are ready for you.
What should I do if I find an error in my delivery?
Contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
We will get back to you as soon as possible to provide a solution.
The expiration date has passed?
If it concerns an American or Asian Import product you have to take into account a different spelling of the dates.
In Europe they write the dates as day/month/year, but in America they write month/day/year. In Asia they even do something else, there the reading order is from right to left! So you will often find date notations in the form year/month/day.
Example: An American product with the date 06/01/xx expires on June 1 instead of January 6.
If this date has been exceeded, please contact us and we will find a solution.
Bug on the website!
We are still busy optimizing our new website and making it user-friendly.
If you come across a bug or something else, please let us know!
Why don't you have a website label?
You have to buy these labels as a merchant. Such a 'license' often costs hundreds of euros per year, and since you buy them we unfortunately do not think this is an objective system.
We also strongly believe that word of mouth and our accessibility are the best indicators of our service and quality.
