2. Bulk Orders

Want to place a large order for a specific product?
Send us an email at info@candyfactory.be to check availability, as some products may have limited stock.

3. Delivery Time

If all items in your order are in stock, your package will be shipped within a few days after payment confirmation.
If any items are out of stock, we will wait to ship your order until it is complete. You will receive an email notification regarding the status.

4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package in real-time.

5. In-Store Pickup

Would you like to pick up your order in person?
You can choose to collect it at one of our physical stores in Turnhout or Herentals.
We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

6. Wrong Item or Order Issue

Noticed a mistake in your order?

7. Expiration Dates & Date Formats

Some American and Asian products use different date formats. Here’s what to look for:

  • American format: MM/DD/YYYY (e.g., 06/01/2025 means June 1, 2025).
  • Asian format: YYYY/MM/DD (e.g., 2025/06/01 means June 1, 2025).

If you are unsure about an expiration date, feel free to contact us.
